No public signup. Accounts are provisioned by WeLoveTime for staff and authorized operating partners.
02 / Server-enforced roles
Managers coordinate operations. Technicians see assigned jobs. Partners see only their own organization.
03 / Owner-authorized connections
Platform accounts connect through OAuth 2.0. We store the credentials required to maintain the authorized connection. Platform usernames and passwords are never requested or stored.
04 / Traceable operations
Changes to customers, jobs, payments and access are timestamped and attributed to the person who made them.
Authenticated inbound events are recorded before business processing begins, with access and retention controlled by the receiving connection. Hosted in the United States on managed Postgres, over TLS.
