Who this is for
WeLoveTime Operations is a private system operated by WeLoveTime LLC for its own staff and for service partners it has authorised. It is not offered to the public and it is not sold or resold. Accounts are created by WeLoveTime; there is no self-registration.
Using an account
An account belongs to one person and is not to be shared. You are responsible for what is done with yours. Tell WeLoveTime immediately if you believe somebody else has access to it.
What you can see and change depends on your role, and those limits are enforced by the system rather than left to good manners. Attempting to reach information outside your role ends access.
Connecting a platform account
If you connect a business profile from another platform — such as Thumbtack — you confirm that you are entitled to do so for that business. The connection is made through that platform’s own authorisation, and WeLoveTime never asks for or receives your password there.
A connection can be withdrawn at any time, from that platform or by asking WeLoveTime. Work already recorded stays in the record, because it is the company’s account of jobs done and money taken.
Customer information
Customer names, telephone numbers and addresses in this system exist so that work can be done for those customers. They are not to be exported, copied elsewhere, or used to contact anybody for any other purpose, including marketing your own business.
What the system does and does not decide
Some text in this system is drafted by an automated service — a suggested reply, a summary, a translation. All of it is a draft. A person reads and sends it, and the responsibility for what a customer receives is that person’s.
Figures shown are computed from what has been recorded. Where something has not been recorded, the system says so rather than assuming a zero. Acting on a figure means accepting how complete the underlying record is.
Availability
This is an internal tool, maintained on a best-effort basis. There is no service-level commitment, no guarantee of availability, and it may be changed or taken down. Keep no record here that you cannot afford to lose without a copy elsewhere.
Ending access
WeLoveTime may end access at any time, in particular when someone leaves the company or a partnership ends. On leaving, you must stop using any customer information taken from this system.
